After a highly successful 22-year corporate career in the mining industry across the USA and UK, Ash made the bold decision to follow his true passion for basketball, and is now India and South Asia’s ONLY FIBA Licensed Basketball Agent.

Recognizing the untapped potential and glaring void in India’s basketball ecosystem and determined to build a thriving basketball culture, Ash founded DUNK, India’s first-ever comprehensive basketball brand.

Ash’s groundbreaking initiatives include:

•   Launching India’s first basketball-focused portal www.dunk.basketball, a one-stop platform for global and Indian basketball scores, insights, stories news, and updates etc

•    Establishing DUNK as a lifestyle brand, uniting basketball players and fans through merchandise, media, and player development opportunities.

After overcoming a life altering spine injury that left him bedridden for two years, he emerged stronger with a renewed purpose leading to the creation of Dunk Sports Foundation a non-profit which supports wheelchair basketball players in India and works to provide them with opportunities for empowerment and employment.

Ash’s unwavering dedication and pioneering spirit have positioned him as a driving force in Indian basketball, paving the way for the sport’s growth and popularity in the country.
